The Wise Way utilizes material from a variety of evidence-based models, incorporating key concepts from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness practice and Psychosocial Rehabilitation, as well as the timeless philosophical ideas of Greek and Roman philosophers.

You don’t have to have a formal diagnosis, nor do you need to have worked with a mental health professional. If you are experiencing challenges associated with being alive in a rapidly changing world, The Wise Way is right for you.


The Wise Way provides you with practical skills you can use every day. You will learn:
